Akshay Bhandari MD, FACS is the director of robotic surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center. He is also the co-chief and an assistant professor of urology at the Columbia University Division of Urology at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Bhandari has been invited to demonstrate live surgeries around the world and is the international coordinator for the network of Vattikuti Institutes of Robotic Surgery in India and across the globe. Dr. Bhandari has more than 40 peer reviewed publications in various national and international journals.
