Hematology

Catherine S. Diefenbach, MD is a hematologist–oncologist specializing in the care of patients with lymphoma. She serves as the Director of the Clinical Lymphoma Program and Director of Hematology Translational Research at NYU Perlmutter Cancer Center, Committee Member for the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and Leader for the National Immunotherapy Clinical Trial for Hodgkin Lymphoma. Dr. Diefenbach is also an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. She is on the lymphoma committee of the ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group, a cooperative group made up of the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group and the American College of Radiology Imaging Network.
