Keith A. Cengel, MD, PhD is a Professor of Radiation Oncology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He also serves as Director of the Photodynamic Therapy Program at the University of Pennsylvania, Vice-Chair of Data and Safety Monitoring Board at the Abramson Cancer Center, and Executive Director of the Penn Mesothelioma and Pleural Diseases Program. His clinical expertise is in photodynamic therapy and radiation therapy for neuroendocrine and thoracic tumors.
