Sofya Pintova, MD has practiced Oncology with a clinical focus in gastrointestinal malignancies since 2011. In addition to her clinical role, Dr. Pintova serves as an Assistant Professor of Hematology and Medical Oncology at The Icahn School of Medicine.Dr. Pintova conducts clinical trials aimed at improving outcomes for patients with her cancer. In addition her research is focused on understanding for role of ctDNA in pancreas cancer management and factors that impact clinical trial enrollment in the community.
